A classic film title was chosen at random & a concept created. The chosen concept was expressed in a three dimensional model (real, not virtual). This model was subsequently photographed under studio conditions.
The photographic output formed the basis of an A2 (portrait format) film poster.
I constructed my model using three different frames (all different sizes), and placed images relating to the film onto the frames. The idea was to create a negative image using the images glued onto the different frames. The negative image was a reference to the invisible moster in the film which torments the main characters.
As the monster is infact a manifestation of one of the main characters' sub-concious, I settled upon the image of a man outlined by the different elements influencing him.
